Great Place IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT!

S.P. is a great community. They don't even track the % of HS graduate thay complete college, and move back with advanced careers and degrees. But the Cost of living in AA County and in S.P. is quite high. Be sure to confirm your property taxes before moving here.
